Seeds of Change offers a potent introduction to the transformative world of Embodiment Facilitation. Over two full days, we will plant the Seeds of Change within, immersing ourselves in the core principles and practices of conscious dance. We'll explore how movement can be a powerful catalyst for personal and collective growth, nurturing these seeds to grow.

This experiential workshop provides a taste of the year-long "Art of the ChangeWeaver" training, offering a fertile ground for understanding how to hold space for others to connect with their bodies, unlock their inner wisdom, and embrace their own unique expression. You'll explore the interplay between safety and vulnerability, structure and freedom, learning to cultivate the conditions where the seeds of change can truly flourish in yourself and others.​​​​​​​
