NATURE WHISPERS

An immersive dance journey designed to evolve our sense of intimacy with all living beings. Enhancing our felt experience of the reality of our interdependence with the Earth's living body strengthens our commitment as guardians of our beautiful planet in the face of such loss of biodiversity.

We will refine our ability to listen to nature as a teacher, giving space to both honour our joy and grief for the natural world, and celebrate her mysteries. Exploring perspectives of other-than-human – tree, bird, or flowing river – reminds us of the magical reality of our interconnectedness. Awakening wonder and awe deepens awareness of our sense of 'sacred place' in the web of life.

PROGRAM

In this weekend you will dance a lot, connect to yourself and others and gain insights on how to:

• Dance deeply, tenderly and wildly as we find ourselves collectively in troubled times

• Use movement to ground, center and resource yourself and your nervous system

• Grow an embodied sense of expanded presence and receptivity 

• Refine our ability to listen to nature as a teacher

• Explore perspectives of other-than-human – tree, bird, or flowing river

• Give space to both honour our joy and grief for the natural world, and celebrate her mysteries

• Embrace what is alive in each moment - deep body listening 

• Heart-full openness in the present, with self and others, deepens intimacy with all that is

A beautiful space with underfloor heating and plenty of free parking. Everything about the space supports us to relax and open and dive deep into the dance.

​Cancellation policy:

• If you cancel before May 9th (one week before the start) for any reason, you will be refunded the amount paid less admin cost of £50

• If you cancel after May 9th  (less than one weeks notice) for any reason, you will be refunded the amount paid less admin cost of £100.
